The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop into a successful recruitment professional.

You'll learn how to identify top graduate talent, build strong candidate relationships, and support businesses in finding the right people for their teams.

Key Responsibilities

Source and engage graduate candidates through various recruitment channelsQualify candidates through telephone and video interviewsBuild and maintain talent pipelines within assigned marketsWrite and advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platformsManage candidate applications and maintain accurate CRM recordsSupport candidates throughout the recruitment processDevelop market knowledge and build expertise within your sectorBuild relationships with clients and hiring managersAssist experienced consultants with live recruitment assignmentsWork towards agreed activity and performance targetsAs your experience develops, you will progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role where you will manage client accounts, generate new business, and oversee the recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement.
