Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector (Temp Desk)

Location: Berkhamsted Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 + Commission + Benefits

Join our thriving Berkhamsted Academics team as a Temp Education Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You'll work with local schools to place teachers and teaching assistants into rewarding daily and long-term roles.

Experience in sales, customer service or hospitalityComfortable working to volume and paceConfident communicator and relationship builderHighly organised with good compliance instinctsA desire to grow your career in a people-first environmentNo prior experience in education recruitment required.
