You don't need recruitment experience, attitude matters more than background. We're looking for people who are:Confident communicators with strong people skillsMotivated resilient and commercially mindedOrganised and able to manage multiple prioritiesCurious, coachable and keen to learnAmbitious and driven to succeed in a performance-based roleSales, customer service, hospitality or business experience is a bonus, but not essential.
