Our London team is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant where you will spend four days in our buzzing office and one full day each week out and about, meeting clients and candidates face-to-face. It's the perfect mix of desk-based success and real-world relationship building.

Your impact/duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
