What You'll Be Doing:
Learning how to become a professional recruiter with full support and training
Building relationships with clients and candidates in the IT sector
Managing the full recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, offers)
Hitting goals and earning uncapped commission
Collaborating with a close-knit team that celebrates wins together
