The Opportunity

As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant in Bristol, you'll operate in a fast–paced, high–reward sales environment, partnering with schools to place top–quality teachers and support staff into roles where they make real impact.

You'll be building a desk, developing relationships, and generating revenue from day one – with the training and backing of an experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing

Headhunting and sourcing high–quality candidatesInterviewing and screening education professionalsBuilding strong relationships with schools across the regionNegotiating placements and closing dealsWorking to clear targets with uncapped commissionAs you develop, you'll manage your own client base and earn commission on every successful placement.
