Salary: 32,000 basic + Uncapped commission

OTE: 35,000 - 42,000 in Year 1

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role

In your first year, you will:

Source, interview, and support candidates for temporary and permanent rolesWrite professional CV profiles and market candidates to schools and clientsWork closely with experienced sales consultants to increase placementsBuild strong relationships with candidates and internal teamsWork towards achievable KPIs with full managerial supportEarn commission throughout your training and developmentThis is a sales-focused, people-driven role, ideal for graduates who enjoy targets, progression, and financial rewards.
