KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Team Leading Assessor TrainerLocation: Burton-Upon-Trent and surrounding areasSalary: Part Time Salary of up to GBP21,000 (Depending on experience)Type: Part Time, Permanent (22.2 hours per week)Duties: Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading, Business Administration and Customer Service, to level 3.Support learners through their Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.As part of the Apprenticeship delivery, you will conduct classroom-based workshops, sharing experiences, leading informal / professional discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends (every quarter).Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.Work to learner review and completion timescales. Criteria: Must be a qualified Assessor with experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Team Leading (and ideally Business Administration / Customer Service)Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of delivering classroom based workshops.Must hold strong competency as a Team Leader, or above. Hold a Level 2 Qualification in Maths and English.Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
