Location: London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for finding exceptional talent in the SaaS and technology sector? We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and innovative SaaS business looking for a proactive and driven recruiter to support the hiring of high-performing talent across their global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.

This is an exciting temporary-to-permanent opportunity based in London, offering the chance to work closely with senior leadership, influence hiring strategy, and make a real impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer management and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across GTM functions.Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and talent mapping techniques to build strong candidate pipelines.Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.Advise stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.Collaborate with the wider People and Talent Acquisition teams to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies.Maintain accurate recruitment data and use hiring metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.Proven experience recruiting across a variety of GTM roles.Strong understanding of multiple talent markets, with international recruitment experience desirable.Advanced sourcing skills with strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment metrics to inform hiring decisions.Experience using Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is advantageous.Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
