We're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to run their own desk in one of the fastest growing markets in the world, with full autonomy over how you build and grow it. Whether your background is in permanent placements, contract recruitment, or both, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Building and managing a pipeline of candidates for current and future rolesGuiding candidates through the process end to end, from interview prep to offerManaging interview scheduling and delivering honest, timely feedbackDeveloping long term relationships with clients and candidates, backed by real market insightWinning new business through outreach, networking and research

About You

A proven track record in 360 recruitment, permanent, contract, or bothIT recruitment experience is a strong plus but not essential if you've got a strong track record elsewhereDemonstrated success in business development and lead generationConfident, articulate, and comfortable building relationships at every level
