The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own desk, building strong relationships with schools and candidates, and consistently delivering high-quality results. You will also act as a mentor to junior consultants, supporting their development and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a successful recruitment desk within the education sectorBuild and maintain strong client and candidate relationshipsProactively win new business and develop existing accountsMeet and exceed individual billing targetsSupport and mentor junior team membersEnsure high standards of compliance and service deliveryWhat We're Looking For
