We're looking for a high-performing, ambitious consultant to join our St Albans team and play a key role in our continued growth.

Essential Criteria - Please Do Not Apply Unless You Meet the Following:

Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitmentStrong sector knowledge with existing client and candidate relationshipsExperience within Primary or Secondary recruitmentA proven track record of consistent billings and successA strong commercial mindset and genuine ambition to progressThe Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Business development - generating new school partnerships and opportunitiesMaximising placements - placing as many candidates into schools as possibleBuilding and maintaining relationships with schools and candidatesAttending school visits and developing strong, long-term partnershipsProactive sales activity, including outbound business developmentMarketing to schools, promoting candidates and our servicesGrowing your desk and becoming a trusted recruitment partner within your specialist marketWhether your background is predominantly Primary or Secondary, you'll have the opportunity to develop your market, grow your client base and maximise your earning potential.

You'll be supported by a strong operational infrastructure, allowing you to focus on what you do best - sales, relationships and making placements.

You'll have access to:

Dedicated Resourcers to source candidatesSpecialist Compliance Officers to clear candidatesIn-house CRM ConsultantsDedicated Payroll, IT and Marketing teamsYou won't need to resource or handle compliance - everything is in place to make your role as efficient and successful as possible.
