Trainer - Customer Service/Support

Location: Preston (Hybrid)Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a personable and proactive Trainer to join our client in Preston. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely. You will play a crucial role in supporting schools by delivering engaging training sessions and offering responsive customer support for our bespoke attendance software.

Day-to-day of the role:

Deliver high-quality, remote training sessions to school staff on how to effectively use the software.Provide clear and timely support via email and phone, resolving technical and attendance-related queries.Troubleshoot issues, guiding schools step-by-step, and ensure resolutions are thorough and clear.Assist schools in interpreting and managing attendance data effectively using the system.Manage and prioritise your own workload, balancing the delivery of training sessions with support requests. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Personable and friendly, with the ability to engage effectively during training sessions and be approachable on the phone.Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.Technically confident with strong IT skills, particularly advanced in using spreadsheets and capable of explaining systems clearly.Data-savvy with a comfort in handling and interpreting school attendance data.Organised and self-motivated, capable of balancing discrete training sessions with ongoing support tasks.Ideally experienced with school environments, particularly with school attendance processes or having worked in or with schools.
