We have an exciting opportunity for two enthusiastic Resourcing Assistants to join our client Lincolnshire Police's dedicated team! This role is perfect for someone eager to gain experience while making a positive impact in public services.

About the Role:

As a Resourcing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Recruitment Team to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for all involved. Your contributions will help us find the right candidates for various roles, including police officers and specialist positions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Recruitment Team with day-to-day administrative tasksOrganizing recruitment activities across various rolesCreating and sending emails, letters, and other important documentsKeeping records up to date on computer systemsResponding to basic queries via phone, email, and in person, or directing them to the appropriate personAssisting with general tasks to promote team efficiencyWhy This Role Matters:

What We're Looking For in You:

A Level 2 qualification in Business Administration (or similar), or relevant experience in an admin roleSome experience with administrative tasks, such as organizing information and supporting a teamComfort with entering and retrieving information on computer systemsExperience in a customer-focused environment, or confidence in interacting with peopleA positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks effectivelyClear communication skills, both written and verbalIT skills and confidence using everyday systems and toolsWhy Join Us?
