Prospero Group are delighted to be recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Southampton team!

In this role you will be responsible for-

Conducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various rolesAdvertising vacancies on job boards within company guidelinesSourcing candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and our branch networkWorking with the team to coordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employmentSupporting with candidate mailersData entry/ administrationWhat we are looking for-

Driven, hungry and motivated individuals with a 'winning' attitude!Willingness to learnStrong written and communication skillsPositive and 'can do' attitudeGraduate or equivalent desirableCompetitive and target drivenExperience within a similar role or within the education sector are desirable.
