The Results People are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team in Kettering, supporting our clients and their operations.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you ll play a key role in helping clients find the right people for their warehouse operations.

What you ll be doing:

Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirementsSupporting our clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment serviceSourcing candidates using a range of tools (CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.)Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboardingRegistering new candidates and ensuring all compliance is up to dateSupporting the team with general recruitment administration What we re looking for:
