Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised recruitment professional to support a fast-paced hiring environment and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidatesManaging job postings across job boards and internal systemsCoordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managersMaintaining accurate candidate records and updating recruitment systemsConducting initial candidate outreach and pre-screening callsSupporting onboarding administration and offer processesEnsuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journeySkills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing or recruitment administration roleConfident sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platformsHighly organised with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise workload effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment/ATS systemsProactive, reliable, and able to work at pace in a busy environmentIf you are a motivated recruitment professional with strong organisational skills, looking for an opportunity to support a busy hiring function and make an immediate impact, we would welcome your application.
