Caddy Group are looking for ambitious, career driven individuals who are seeking a financially lucrative, fast-paced career in recruitment.

In the role of Recruitment Resourcer, you will work closely with the Directors sourcing candidates for client requirements. This is a 180 recruitment position. This role gives you a brilliant introduction into recruitment.

Responsibilities will include:

Actively source candidates using various methods (job boards, database, headhunting, referrals) Pre screen and qualify candidates Compliance check Build and maintain strong relationships Generate active and passive candidates Experience required:

Sales or phone based professional experience would be advantageous Experience in recruitment is not essential Being able to work in a fast paced environment Good telephone manner Ability to multi-task This role is based in our Larkfield office and will involve travelling to our offices in Brighton and Nottingham with other members of the team.
