As a Recruitment & Retention Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained to meet organisational goals. This role focuses on developing strategies to manage recruitment processes and employee retention effectively.

Leading recruitment strategy and delivery across the businessManaging, mentoring and developing an existing recruiterImproving candidate attraction, screening, quality and conversion ratesEnhancing onboarding processes and early-stage employee retentionPartnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and people initiativesDriving employee engagement, performance and people-related KPIsSupporting employee relations, learning & development and wider HR projectsProfile

A successful Recruitment & Retention Manager should have:

Experience in recruitment and retention within a human resources setting.Strong knowledge of employment regulations and best practices.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Confident partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.Proven ability to analyse data and develop actionable strategies.Confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders across an organisation.Immediately available or able to start at short notice preferred.Job Offer
