Recruitment Manager / Senior Consultant - (Accountancy & Business Support)Location: Based in Croydon Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH (Fridays)Salary: GBP38,000 - GBP46,000 + car allowance & uncapped commission Are you ready to take ownership of a high-potential market and make your mark?

We're looking for a driven Recruitment Manager or ambitious Senior Consultant ready to step into a leadership role to spearhead the growth of our Croydon branch.

This is your chance to take full ownership of your territory and drive its growth, initially focusing on billing and business development within the Accountancy or Business Support sectors. The business is there - we just need the right person to tap into it.
