The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and managing client relationships while sourcing and placing high-quality candidates across temporary and permanent vacancies.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activityBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidatesManaging existing accounts and identifying growth opportunitiesAdvertising vacancies and sourcing candidates using various recruitment methodsInterviewing, screening, and matching candidates to suitable rolesManaging the entire recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placementNegotiating offers and providing market insights to clientsAchieving individual and branch targets while delivering exceptional serviceWhat We're Looking For
