What Will You Be Doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work within the education recruitment market, connecting talented education professionals with schools.

Your role will include:

Interviewing and qualifying candidatesBuilding and maintaining candidate relationshipsDeveloping relationships with schools and clientsMatching candidates with suitable opportunitiesManaging your own pipelineWorking towards weekly KPIsBusiness developmentSales and negotiationManaging and growing client accountsBuilding your personal network and reputationLearning how to influence, negotiate and closeWorking alongside experienced consultants and managersYou'll be surrounded by people who want to succeed.
