Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high–quality recruitment solutions in a fast–paced commercial environment. You'll be responsible for:

Winning and growing client relationships through business development and consultative account management.

Attracting, assessing and engaging top talent through targeted sourcing and networking.

Developing market expertise and building a specialist recruitment proposition.

Collaborating with a high–performing team to share knowledge and achieve results.

Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.

Profile
