We are seeking a driven and resilient Recruitment Consultant. You will take ownership of your own desk, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from end to end. This is a highly rewarding sales role where you will build strong relationships with client businesses, source top-tier talent, and negotiate offers, directly controlling your own earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively prospect and pitch to new clients via cold calling, networking, and social selling (LinkedIn) to win new business.

Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and company culture.

Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt and attract high-quality candidates through job boards (like CV Library), LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and database searches.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability and prep them for client interviews.

Deal Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including arranging interviews, delivering feedback, negotiating salaries, and closing job offers.

What Our Client is Looking For:

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, OR strong B2B/B2C target-driven sales experience (e.g., estate agency, car sales, telesales).

A highly competitive, ambitious, and financially motivated mindset.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to speak with senior decision-makers.

High emotional intelligence and a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
