We're looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Billericay.

Win new business and build client relationships Source, interview and manage candidates Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement Negotiate offers and close deals Achieve individual sales and placement targets Maintain and grow your client and candidate network Requirements

You'll have either:

Previous recruitment experience, or Proven B2B sales experience You'll also be:
