Recruiting a variety of potential candidates using various mediums, building a desk and network out for yourselfEvaluating the relevance and potential of candidates through telephone screening and virtual interviewsPreparing and coaching candidates through the process, including making regular contact with them to ensure their best chance of successLiaise closely with clients to understand their needsUndertake business development, building relationships with prospects to win deals and deliver revenueAbout you:
