Branch Administrator (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an organised and proactive Branch Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and supporting day-to-day branch operations.

Position Details

Good IT skills Managing and maintaining compliance documentation and recordsClient account administration and processingSupporting customers and candidates with any requirements needed Handling telephone and email enquiries professionallyMaintaining accurate filing systems and databasesSupporting management and operational staff as required Requirements

Good customer service skills Strong organisational and communication skillsGood attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloadConfident using Microsoft Office and general office systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional and approachable manner What We re Looking For
