Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering high-quality hiring solutions across a range of trades. This role requires excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, databases, networking, and referrals.

Write and post engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms.

Match suitable candidates to open vacancies based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations, and offer management between clients and candidates.

Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/database.

Meet agreed KPIs, sales targets, and revenue goals.

Generate new business opportunities through networking, calls, referrals, and market mapping.

Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal recruitment processes.

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Confidence in business development and negotiating terms.

Highly organised with strong time-management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Commercially minded with a target-driven approach.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/recruitment systems.
