As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, driving business growth. This sales–driven role involves client development, candidate sourcing, and delivering exceptional service. Every day brings new challenges in this fast–paced, target–driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Build relationships with clients through calls, meetings, and identifying new opportunities.Recruitment Cycle: Source, screen, and match candidates to job opportunities.Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly targets by managing accounts and driving revenue.Team Collaboration: Work with our experienced team to contribute to branch success.What We are Looking For:
