GBP45,000+ OTE

Pear Recruitment is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Estate Agency recruitment team in Hoddesdon.

This is a full 360 role, perfect for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-moving, people-focused sector.

The Role

Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placementBuilding and developing strong relationships with estate agency clientsSourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidatesGrowing and managing your own deskNegotiating fees, offers, and termsProviding a professional, consultative service to clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

Proven recruitment experience (360 preferred)Experience within property or estate agency recruitment is highly desirableConfident communicator with strong relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and commercially awareOrganised, professional, and ambitious
