What You ll Be Doing

Working with experienced recruitment consultants to support live roles in shipping and maritime Engaging with mid-to-senior level candidates across technical and commercial roles Building your market knowledge and learning how to qualify, shortlist, and manage candidates Attending client meetings and learning how to manage recruitment assignments Progressing towards managing your own 360 desk with new business development and full client ownership What You ll Get
