The Portfolio Group are looking for an experienced 360 agency Recruiter to join our estalished and successful Payroll Recruitment team in Manchester!

We are a global firm who have been around for 36 years. We recruit for clients across all industries around the UK, both public and private sector, no restrictions!

The Role;

As a 360 Recruiter in our Payroll Recruitment team, you will be responsible for the full Recruitment lifecycle including Business Development, Candidate & Client Management and running the full process.

Client Development, Relationship Building and Business DevelopmentWorking with a large, warm & varied client platform covering all industriesLead generation / converting leads to live jobsClient meetings - both in person and videoRecruiting - Head hunting, networking & candidate process managementInternal cross selling and collaborationDatabase ManagementThe Person;

You should be a successful 360 agency Recruiter, ideally with a professional services background, but we are open to retraining on sectorYou MUST have experience of Business Development and winning new clientsStrong candidate management and process managementStrong relationship building skillsYou should be driven, proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethicWe can offer YOU;
