We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Corby branch.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

Identify new business opportunities within your specialist sectorDevelop and sustain relationships with clients and candidatesSource outstanding candidates for our clientsManage an end-to-end recruitment processDevelop the Barker Ross brand

To be considered for this role you must have:

A minimum of one year of experience within recruitmentA proven track record of developing new businessA background in temporary recruitment (Industrial) plus the motivation and passion to develop your recruitment career furtherA full clean driving licence
