The Results People are looking for a Part-Time Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Industrial team in Kettering, supporting our clients and their operations.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team, helping us recruit and manage candidates for busy warehouse operations.

What you ll be doing: Sourcing and contacting candidates using CV databases, job boards and other toolsRegistering new candidates and completing compliance checksSupporting the recruitment and onboarding processManaging candidate information and recruitment administrationResponding to candidate queries and supporting weekend staffing requirements What we re looking for: A motivated, reliable and organised individualSomeone proactive and confident communicating with peopleAbility to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasksWillingness to learn and develop within the company What we offer: Part-time hours per weekSaturday & SundayGBP13 GBP14 per hour, depending on experienceFull training and resources providedOpportunities to develop and progress within the business Requirements: Previous recruitment or administration experience is desirable but not essentialGood communication and IT skillsWeekend availability is essential If this sounds like a role for you, please apply with your updated CV or message (phone number removed) we d love to hear from you!
