Description
Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a values driven, public sector organisation, that are currently seeking a People Advisor to join them on a Temp basis.
This role will be worked on a fully remote basis.
The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between 16 and 18 per hour, plus holiday pay.
As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
Support with employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and absence managementDeal with any queries that come through via the internal systemAd hoc administration
The ideal People Advisor will have experience in the following;
CIPD qualification or qualified through experiencePrevious experience handling complex employee relations casesFull employee lifecycle administration
