Reporting to: Regional Partnership Manager

Location: London - Hybrid working

Having recently secured several new partnerships in both new and existing regions, we are looking to expand our partnership teams.

We are currently recruiting for a Partnership Executive or Senior Partnership Executive to join our London team. As a Partnership Executive, you will be the key account manager and first port of contact for a portfolio of schools/academies in London. You will work alongside the team to enhance our partnerships and provide outstanding service to our clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage relationships with a designated group of schoolsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site visitsProvide an excellent candidate journey for all teaching and non-teaching staffEffectively manage a variety of long term and day to day vacanciesBuild a strong pool of experienced and vetted candidates ready for placementConduct interviews with prospective candidatesWork alongside the team to develop candidate attraction techniques and provide an outstanding candidate journeyWork collaboratively with our partnership agencies to ensure that School requirements are metDeliver excellent service to facilitate outstanding relationships to our clients The ideal candidate will have:

At least 1 year in an education recruitment roleHave an understanding managed service solutionsDemonstrated success in providing outstanding customer serviceThe ability to problem solve and navigate through challenges effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detailA full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the region as requiredMotivation and drive to grow with the company In return, The Supply Register can offer:
