KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability SectorsJob Title: Learner Engagement OfficerLocation: Liverpool - Home/Field basedSalary: up to GBP28,000 + fantastic benefits packageType: Full Time, PermanentDuties Include: Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, such as the job centre, local charities and schools to promote and generate learner referrals for our client's AEB courses.Promote our client as the provider of choice, through community events.Identify and recruit learners, support with enrolment and completion of initial assessments and IAG.Attend meetings with clients, to ensure that a positive relationship is fostered.Report on activity levels, candidate enquiries and progress against targets.Ensure information systems are kept up to date, with clear and detailed records relating to each learner.Manage your own diary effectively. Essential Criteria: Must have experience of working within a similar learner engagement/onboarding role.Experience in building / maintaining relationships with referral partnersGood communication skills across a variety of methods: face to face, online and by phone.Proven experience of working towards KPI's and targets.Excellent attention to detail, organisation and administrative skills.Demonstrate confidence, tenacity and ability to work on own initiative.Full, clean UK driving licenceMust be flexible with travel Please note:KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
