Location: Coleshill

Salary: Competitive, Monday Friday 08 00

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established employer and support their continuing growing business.

We re looking for a proactive HR Officer to play a key role in delivering a full range of HR services from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and training coordination. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, processes, and driving positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processesProvide HR advice and support to managers and employeesSupport line managers with performance management processesHandle employee relations, absence management, and policy updatesCoordinate training, benefits, and engagement initiativesMaintain accurate HR systems and support payroll administrationEnsure compliance with employment law and HR best practicePromote employee engagement initiativesAdministration of company benefitsParticipate and lead internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is available and accurate What We re Looking For

Previous HR experience, ideally within logistics but not essential.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR processesExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skillsCIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards)A proactive, flexible approach and attention to detail .Excellent attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsProactive and problem-solving attitude Benefits
