Standalone HR Role CIPD Level 5 Qualified

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a broad, hands-on role where you can take full ownership of the HR function?

Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded HR Manager to join their team in Farnham. This is a standalone position, offering the opportunity to shape the people agenda while remaining heavily involved in the day-to-day operational aspects of HR.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives on autonomy and is confident managing everything from strategic initiatives through to employee relations and recruitment.

The Role

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, providing expert HR support across the business and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing all employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and absence casesLeading recruitment, onboarding and induction activitiesAdvising managers on HR best practice and people-related mattersReviewing and updating HR policies and proceduresSupporting performance management and employee development initiativesManaging HR administration, records and reportingDriving employee engagement and wellbeing activitiesEnsuring compliance with current UK employment legislationIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experienceAbout You:

CIPD Level 5 qualified is essentialPrevious experience in a standalone HR Manager or Senior HR generalist positionStrong employee relations experience with the confidence to manage cases independentlyUp-to-date knowledge of UK employment lawExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with the ability to prioritise a varied workloadA practical, hands-on approach and willingness to support all areas of the businessIf you're a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional looking for a standalone role where you can make a tangible impact, we'd love to hear from you.
