HR Manager

Description

Our client, is seeking a HR Manager to join their Suffolk team on a permanent basis. This is a key role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to shape and lead HR strategy across the business. The successful candidate will report directly to senior leadership and take ownership of core HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations through to performance management and organisational development. The position offers a competitive salary of GBP60,000 to GBP65,000.Key Deliverables:Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar HR leadership roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law, ACAS guidance, and best practice HR complianceDemonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build effective talent pipelinesExperience designing and implementing HR policies, performance management systems, and employee development programmesExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate HR strategy to senior leadership and frontline teamsLead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsBased in Cambridge with the opportunity to make a real impact on company culture and people strategyThe Right Candidate:CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional HR qualificationA proven track record Familiarity with HR information systems and data analytics
