HR Business Partner

Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced HR Business Partner for one of our Coventry (CV6), West Midlands based Multi Academy Trusts. If you are an education experienced HR Business Partner, who is available either immediately or from November 2026 onwards and able to travel to Coventry we would be keen to speak with you.

This specialist education HR role is initially offered on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday for a period of at least six months. The daily working pattern is 8am to 4pm with a slightly earlier finish each Friday. A part time, term time or all-year option is available depending on your personal requirements.

You would be predominantly based at the head office and support a key group of local primary schools within a short distance of the site. Experience and working knowledge of Safer Recruitment and the Single Central Record are essential, and we would be looking for candidates who can demonstrate a strong understanding of teachers terms and conditions. Other general duties may include, but are not limited to:

Supporting school Office Managers with HR processes and advice, Reviewing HR records and the SCR and putting processes in place to improve/strengthen these in readiness for an Ofsted inspection Providing HR support around employees reaching absence triggers Supporting with recruitment and onboarding procedures Potentially liaising with our payroll and pensions providers Supporting School Office Managers with minor casework

A relevant HR qualification, ideally CIPD Level 5

Substantial experience working within an education setting.

All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.

Exceptional references.

Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements.

Proposed start date: November 2026

Daily rate: GBP164.10 to GBP220 per day
