With a large frontline workforce and multiple sites across the UK and Ireland, our client is seeking an ambitious HR professional who is ready to take the next step into a true business partnering role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has developed a strong employee relations background within sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, engineering, facilities management, transport, construction or aviation and is now looking to work more strategically with senior stakeholders.

What will the HR Business Partner role involve?

Reporting into the senior HR leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders across a diverse client group, supporting both day-to-day people challenges and longer-term organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

Partnering with operational leaders to drive engagement, performance and employee developmentProviding expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and complex caseworkCoaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability in people managementSupporting workforce planning, recruitment and retention initiatives across multiple locationsAnalysing people data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision makingContributing to wider people projects and change initiatives, helping to embed best practice across the businessSupporting a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture across the organisation Suitable Candidate for the HR Business Partner vacancy:

Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner positionStrong employee relations experience gained within a unionised or operational environmentUp-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practiceCIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards qualificationConfident building relationships with managers and influencing stakeholders at different levelsCommercially aware, proactive and keen to develop into a strategic business partnering roleAbility to travel occasionally to support a multi-site workforce Additional benefits and information for the HR Business Partner role:
