Are you an adaptable HR professional looking for a broad, high-impact HRBP role within banking/finance?
Supporting the Head of HR, you will deliver full-spectrum HR operations, lead key training and talent initiatives, and spearhead the organisation's ESG strategy.
Salary on offer up to GBP60,000 plus an exceptional benefits package. This hybrid role is 4 days in the London HQ and 1 day working from home.
What you'll be doing:
Advise line managers on ER, policy interpretation, performance reviews, and annual compensation cycles.Conduct org-wide Training Needs Analysis, design bespoke training courses, lead induction programmes, and drive succession planning.Drive ESG data collection and monthly reporting, build charity partnerships, and organise bank-wide ESG events.Update HR policies, assist with regulatory requirements, maintain GDPR compliance, and oversee monthly MI and reporting.Manage pension and benefits administration while supporting the HR Associate on daily workflows.
What you need:
Substantial experience in HR, strictly within Banking or Financial Services.Ideally you will be educated to degree level plus CIPD qualification.Experience running TNA and designing/delivering training courses.Understanding of good ESG practice and how to apply this within a large organisation.Knowledge of banking/finance sector regulations and how it applies to employees.
