Are you an HR Advisor with a strong Employee Relations background looking for a secure, long-term position within a successful manufacturing business? You'll work closely with managers, providing practical advice, coaching and guidance while helping maintain a positive working environment. Your Role As HR Advisor:

Provide hands-on HR advice and support across a busy manufacturing siteManage Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performanceCoach and advise managers through HR processesSupport investigations and formal meetingsEnsure HR policies and procedures are followed consistentlyBuild strong relationships with managers and employees across the businessSupport wider HR projects and continuous improvementAs An HR Advisor You'll Need:

Strong Employee Relations experienceExperience working within a fast-paced environmentConfident handling disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance casesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to confidently advise and influence managersManufacturing experience would be advantageousCommutable to Normanton
