This HR Advisor role offers the opportunity to support a diverse client base with a wide range of employee relations and employment law matters within a fast-paced HR consultancy environment. It's an ideal position for someone with UK employment law knowledge and ER experience who wants to accelerate their HR career through high-volume case exposure, structured training and ongoing professional development.

Description

Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.Assist with employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary processes.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.Analyse and report on HR metrics to support decision-making.Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide practical solutions.Support learning and development activities within the organisation.Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.Experience in providing advice on employee relations matters.Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using HR systems and software.A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.Job Offer
