What You'll Do:

As an HR Advisor, you'll jump straight into action, providing essential support to the HR team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Handling employee relations (ER) cases with confidence and expertiseManaging disciplinaries and grievances effectivelyAttending and supporting HR meetings, offering strategic adviceDrafting outcome letters and ensuring clear communication

Who You Are:

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running! The ideal candidate will have:

Strong knowledge of employment lawProven experience in an HR advisory roleThe ability to work independently without extensive guidanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
