The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a dedicated HR team supporting around 800 employees across a multi site model. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a hands on HR position within a fast paced, operational environment.

Responsibilities include:

Acting as a trusted HR partner to line managers and supervisorsProviding guidance across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, development and exitManaging employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and absenceReporting on key HR metrics and identifying trends to improve performanceSupporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication effortsWorking closely with the wider HR team to align local and national people strategiesWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a HR advisory role, preferably in a FMCG environment OR an Experienced HR Assistant CIPD Level 3 qualified or degree equivalentConfident decision maker with strong interpersonal and influencing skillsProactive and practical with a collaborative approachFull UK driving licence is essential due to regular travel between sitesHow to Apply
