Are you a driven graduate with an interest in financial markets, FX, currencies and global finance?

Our client is a growing specialist recruitment organisation operating within the financial markets sector. Based in Shoreditch, London, they are looking for ambitious graduates to join their team as Graduate Financial Markets Recruitment Consultants.

They work with some of the strongest hedge funds, commodities businesses, quantitative trading firms, investment banks, proprietary trading firms and trading houses globally. Their network spans major centres including London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Chicago, with recent assignments involving $7bn and $10bn investment funds, alongside specialist roles across FX, equities, commodities, derivatives and quantitative trading. Operating at the premium end of financial markets recruitment, they secure high five-figure and six-figure fees for specialist executive search assignments across the global financial markets.

The Role

As a Graduate Financial Markets Recruitment Consultant, you'll specialise in identifying and placing high-calibre professionals across the financial services and markets sector.

Your role will involve identifying traders and financial markets professionals, speaking with them to understand their careers and ambitions, building relationships, presenting relevant opportunities and introducing them to firms looking to hire exceptional talent.

A successful introduction earns the business an average fee of GBP48,000; one November 2024 graduate on their team is currently on track to earn upwards of GBP300,000 this year, before completing their second year with the business.
