My client is a highly respected and hugely successful Events Research consultancy and they are seeking a proactive Client Account Assistant with spoken & written French to:

Assist with client accounts and act as the main point of contactAssist with research & conference leads for venue or destination clientsFollow up leads via phone and email, building strong relationshipsInput and manage data in our CRM system, tracking progress and outcomesSupport ambassador programmes, bids & client marketing activitiesDeliver clear, high-quality reporting and updatesWhat you'll need:

French fluency, written and spoken (essential)Experience in sales support, Account management and client liaisonStrong communication & organisational skillsConfidence engaging with senior stakeholdersCRM/database experience & attention to detail with dataInterest in the global meetings/events sector (a plus)This is a great opportunity to combine a long term career opportunity with an internationally focused role supporting clients worldwide.
