The Role

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process while building relationships with technology professionals and some of the leading employers across Ireland.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and engaging IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards and networkingScreening candidates and understanding their skills, experience and career goalsBuilding relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunitiesManaging the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placementNegotiating offers and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the hiring processDeveloping your market knowledge and becoming a trusted recruitment partnerWorking towards individual and team targets within a supportive, high-performance environment
